    That’s not true. Sony only prevents crossplay with other console players. It supports crossplay with PC, MAC, iOS and Android.

    Despite me not liking Fortnite. A free-game on the Switch, that's actually decently made; is a nice thing to have. Maybe it'll give companies the incentive to release Free-to-play quality games on the System. Hopefully not shovelware.

    ahhh, that explains it. I have to pay for + if I want to play elder scrolls, which is free to play after purchase of the game and uses their servers. so ff14 I could play without a + subscription? good to know :D

    Yeah, the exception doesn't apply to Mmos that have one initial purchase and are free after that. ESO used to be subscription based and didn't require plus. When they got rid of the subscription, plus became mandatory because it's not completely free 2 play (since you have to buy the game itself).
