Sure, reformat your SD to the appropriate partition layout, then use the "virtual" drives to copy and paste the full or trimmed sysnand
I would suggest updating, as with luma3ds alongside b9s, there are no drawbacks. You can also launch .firm files through the luma chainloader by placing godmode9.firm in SD://luma/payloads/ and launching it by holding start on boot. If you followed 3ds.guide, it should have mentioned all of this.
He already has luma and b9s I just asked him

im trying to make a backup of my GW emuNAND im using the EmuNAND9.3dsx to run it this from the Homebrew Launcher but all i get is a flash of colors on the screen and it returns back to the Homebrew menu and when i try the other one with UI it says failed to load archive
Do NOT use this program. It is outdated, and does not work. The .3dsx requires a very old FW version. Just use GodMode9.
