Did they confirm working on it and when can we expect it?

    It's not the question
You can install nsp in SX OS.

Can you use it directly in SX OS only without any additional homebrew is the question.

@Trappie I would then like to direct your attention to my initial link in this thread, which not only answers the question wether or not .nsp files are supported, but also if TX are working on their own installer as well as to when to expect it:

    http://taraftartekstil.com/threads/tx-releases-sx-os-v1-3.510085/

I decided to highlight the relevant section for you so you wont miss it again.

I know, I have seen it, I’ll leave a like on your post ;)

Well, that’s one way. I rather install SX OS and wait for proper support instead of installing 2-3 other things not knowing if it’ll brick your system because it’s a work around.

I'm willing to bet Atmosphere comes with a much better alternative out of the box.

    What's so complicated about
    Copying a folder (once)
    Starting Pokemon quest
    Click install from SD
    Install whatever game you want

When you think about it FBI for the 3ds doesn't have much fewer steps

It is proper support, and as mentioned it's no different to the 3DS when devmenu was leaked and used to install CIA's.

I really hope their software will ask if you want to delete the NSP once it's installed and will show the metadata.

But I thought using Devmenu substantially increases your risk of ban? Or am I ignorant?

i have held off using devmenu as worried about ban from using it. waiting for TX .nsp install solution but probably that will get me banned anyway. lol. my patience is running out. might just load up pokemon and install the pile of .nsp files ive got

I dont think so. Atmosphere is anti piracy, so if nsp installation will be possible on it, then through additional tools that are not part of the OS.

In the end, the same state as SX OS currently, except SX OS will get their own built-in installer someday.

You can load devmenu through Atmosphere also, but the .nsp files always fail to install.
